Dan is a UEFA-qualified coach and former professional footballer from England, with over a decade of international coaching experience.

He began his playing career at the age of 9, signing with West Ham United FC, before moving on to Aston Villa FC. He then completed his Youth Training Scheme (YTS) at Peterborough United FC.

Following his professional playing career, Dan transitioned to semi-professional football with St. Neots Town FC, allowing him to focus on his true passion—coaching. During his time at the club, he served as a player, coach, and academy ambassador, playing a key role in developing young talent from grassroots to elite level.

Since relocating to Dubai in 2013, Dan has continued to build a successful coaching career, bringing his experience, leadership, and dedication to youth development to the international stage.

Francesco Marra is a professional footballer and a UEFA C licensed coach. Raised in the youth sector of U.S. Lecce, he signed his first professional contract at just 16 years old, making his debut in senior football. His career took him across four countries and two continents: Italy, Albania, Malta, and the United Arab Emirates.

In Malta, at only 19 years old with Ħamrun Spartans FC, he achieved fourth place in Serie A, securing qualification for the Europa League preliminary rounds.

For the past five years, he has been based in Dubai, where he continues his dual career as a professional player and coach. Along his coaching journey, he has worked with prestigious clubs such as Juventus and Inter Milan, sharing his experience, passion, and dedication with the new generations.

With over 10 years of experience across two fields—sports data analytics and coaching—Ashwin Nelappana is an FA Level 2 coach and a current Level 3 candidate.

His coaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that footballers are students first and athletes second. He sees it as his duty to spark their curiosity and drive to learn and improve, both on and off the pitch.

Ashwin has always lived by the saying: “Give a man a fish, and he will eat for a day. Teach a man to fish, and he will eat for a lifetime.” In line with this philosophy, his vision is to empower his students not only to learn for themselves but also to share their knowledge by teaching their teammates and peers.

He believes that footballers should find beauty in the theoretical side of the game, allowing them to see football as more than just a sport but as a continuous journey of learning and discovery.
